Shipping Information

We ship Australia wide via Sendle, TransDirect or Australia Post, depending on your location. Please note we are only able to use Australia Post for delivery to PO Boxes. 

Australia wide shipping is at a flat rate of $10.

Local pick up is from 297 Diagonal Road, Shop 1086, Oaklands Park. Please select Local Pick up at checkout. Pickup will be available from 24hrs after purchase, you will be notified via email when collection of your purchase is ready.

Free shipping on all orders over $180.

Please contact us regarding International shipping prior to placing an order so that we are able to provide you with a quote. 

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within two business days. You will receive an email to notify you when your order has been shipped. 

We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for PRE-ORDERED items, these items will be shipped within two business days of arrival with us.

 

We do not use any plastic packaging unless it was received by us and is being reused, however some items come to us pre-packaged in plastic.

We use compostable postage satchels or cardboard boxes with recyclable tape where required, we also reuse packaging that we receive.
